1. Printing Services and Specifications

We strive to provide highly accurate printing based on the digital files you submit. However, due to the nature of commercial printing, slight variations in color, trim size, and paper texture may occur.

• Color Matching: While we use calibrated equipment, screen colors (RGB) differ from printed colors (CMYK). We cannot guarantee a 100% color match to your computer monitor.
• File Submission: You are responsible for verifying your files before submission. We are not liable for misspelled words, low-resolution images, or incorrect formatting provided in your files.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be fully paid before printing commences. Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the production phase.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, though we will honor prices explicitly quoted in valid estimates.
• Turnaround Times: Turnaround times begin once payment is received and digital proofs (if applicable) are approved.

3. Copyright and Ownership

By submitting a design for printing, you warrant that you possess all necessary copyrights, trademarks, and permissions. You agree to indemnify and hold WELL PRINT harmless against any claims of copyright infringement.

4. Shipping and Pick-up

We offer local pick-up in Pandikkad and shipping via third-party couriers. WELL PRINT is not responsible for transit delays, damages, or lost packages handled by third parties. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

5. Refunds and Reprints

Because our products are customized, we do not offer refunds. If a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part occurs, we will reprint your order at no additional cost. Claims for defects must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your digital proof or proceeding with a payment, you signify your total acceptance of these terms. If you have any concerns prior to ordering, please reach out to our team in Pandikkad.
